PAYMENT TERMS AND POLICY

1. Payment Methods

The Service currently uses third parties to process payments. Our third-party payment processors accept payments through various credit cards, as detailed on the applicable payment screen (Credit Card, Debit Card, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal). Three Visuals does not store payment card information of its customers.

2. Payment

2.1. Basics

We reserve the right to refuse to work on any project without the need to provide justification. We will not provide services for any project or potential client whose content is offensive, illegal, or contains illicit or infringing material.

Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day that the project is created. Refunds are provided under certain circumstances, as set forth in the “REFUND POLICY.”

2.2. Deposits and Credits

2.2.1. Payment Options

You can make payments in one of two ways: either by “paying it now” or by purchasing Three Visuals credits via your account.

2.2.2. Payment Methods

If you choose to make a payment using a method other than Three Visuals credits, you will be redirected to a payment method provider. You may be required to pay 60% upon initiation of the project (with the exception of visualization projects which require a 100% deposit) and the remaining 40% after approval of the project (maximum 15 days).

2.2.3. Currency Conversion

When you deposit money into your Three Visuals account, it is converted by your financial institution from your currency to US Dollars. We then convert those US Dollars to Three Visuals credits.

2.2.4. Credits

Credits are the virtual currency on Three Visuals, and one (1) Three Visuals credit is equal to one (1) US Dollar. Three Visuals credits can only be used to pay for Three Visuals transactions. Generally, we do not refund any monies deposited into your Three Visuals account (subject to applicable consumer law, which we do not exclude).

2.2.5. Error Corrections (within 14 days)

If you find errors or propose any modifications or corrections to the final result of the service provided within 14 days from the provision of the service, we will make all necessary corrections without any extra fee.

2.2.6. Error Corrections (after 14 days)

If you find errors or propose any modifications or corrections to the final result of the service provided after 14 days from the provision of the service, we will make all necessary corrections for an extra fee.

2.2.7. No Modifications within 30 Days

If you do not propose any modifications or corrections within 30 days after the provision of intermediate results of the service provided, the service will be considered provided in full. After this period, we will make all necessary modifications or corrections for an extra fee.

2.2.8. Assessment of Final Results

If you make an assessment of the final results of the service provided by means of “giving stars” during any period, we will make all necessary modifications or corrections for an extra fee.

2.2.9. Initiating Modifications

If you wish to make any modifications or corrections on your own initiative and they are not related to inadequate quality of the result of the provision of the service, we will make them for an extra fee.

3. Currency Conversion Costs

You are responsible for all costs of currency conversion related to your Three Visuals account. Your financial institution handles the currency conversion and may charge you additional fees. We do not control either the conversion rates or your financial institution’s fees.

4. Taxes

Clients are responsible for determining and paying the appropriate government taxes, fees, and service charges resulting from a transaction. We are not responsible for collecting, reporting, paying, or remitting any such taxes, fees, or service charges, except as may otherwise be required by law.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Full Refund

A full refund will be considered based on the following reasons:

  1. The client’s order cannot be completed.

  2. The client’s request to cancel the order is received before development has started.

5.2. Partial Refund

A partial refund will be considered based on the following reasons:

  1. The client is not reasonably and legitimately satisfied with the quality of the image or service and provides a comprehensive proof/explanation of the matter.

  2. The client is not satisfied with the resulting product. A refund may be issued upon confirmation of both parties and upon clearance of all details related to the refund.

5.3. Minor Errors

If the order is completed according to the specifications of the client, some minor errors should be deemed acceptable and cannot be a reason for a full or partial refund.

5.4. No Feedback

If there is no feedback from the client within 14 days after we submit the final results, the task is considered closed. The fee will be taken from your Three Visuals account and will not be refunded.
